We kick off June with some dearmoring breathwork, followed by a beautiful evening of sound healing in July, and finally we will get those creative juices flowing at our microdose and paint event in August. Each workshop includes a 4mg microdose ($20) to be purchased on site the day of the event. Book all three & save $150. Dearmoring Breathwork with Briana

Briana Cerezo is an Integration Coach, Breathwork Guide, Somatic Practitioner and Spiritual Mentor. She helps people integrate major life experiences (plant medicine, birth, loss, trauma, etc) into their daily lives through body and breath-based practices to cultivate resiliency and restore capacity for feeling alive and aligned.
Dearmoring is a somatic healing practice that combines Breathwork with self-touch, massage and exploration to unlock chronic tension and deep-seated emotional blockages in the body. Movement and vocalization further support the process by encouraging the expression of emotions and the release of physical tension, promoting a holistic path to well-being that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, breath, and spirit.

Sound Healing with Nikki

Nikki Caballero is a Sound Healing Guide, Certified Hypnotist and Energy Worker. She helps guide individuals on their path to self-healing by teaching them how to access different levels of consciousness through sound healing and hypnosis addressing issues concerning the mind, body, and emotions. In addition, her practice weaves together her experience in the use of plants and herbs, symbolism, ceremony, moon phases and Jungian shadow work.
Experience calming sound and vibration therapy. A therapeutic meditation focuses on vibrational sound with a directed intention to calm the mind and relax the physical body. Quartz crystal bowls stimulate alpha and theta brainwaves associated with a clear and peaceful state of mind while bringing all bodily systems back into balance.

A chance to visit and tour a local SERVICE CENTER
Networking and light refreshments the first 30 / 45 minutes, followed by a *guided meditation including **psilocybin mushrooms and ending with group Q&A. Pre-registration is required and all attendees are required to complete mandatory paperwork and preparation per the Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
*Please note that once we begin with the microdosing portion of the evening, late arrivals will no longer be permitted. All participants are required to remain on-site for one hour after psilocybin is consumed, per OHA rules & regulations.
