Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations Prior to Preparation Session
Cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to your first scheduled preparation session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of your first scheduled preparation session are eligible for a full refund minus $100.00
Cancellations Prior to Journey Sessions and after Preparation
Cancellations received more than 15 days in advance of a scheduled journey session are eligible for a full refund minus $300 for each preparation package already conducted. Cancellations received within 14 days of scheduled journey session are not eligible for a refund.
Reschedule Requests
I will work with you to reschedule preparation, journey and integration sessions wherever possible. Please note that room rentals are handled by the service centers and are not within my control. Please take note of their cancellation and reschedule policies when booking.

Emergencies
I understand that things may occur that are out of our control. Family emergencies, illness, inclement weather may impact a scheduled session. When an emergency that is out of our control occurs, I will work with you and the service center to reschedule all impacted services wherever possible.
